Get Organised With LastPass

LastPass is a free password manager and so much more. It allows you to store all your advertising site logins securely, making it quick to login and post your ads. But it also allows you to store forms, that makes adding banners, emails etc. to sites a breeze, with a few clicks of the mouse.
To install LastPass on your browser, simply visit the site and click the "Download Now" button. Once you have installed and setup an account, you can start customising it to speed up your advertising.
Note: The below guide is for the Firefox version.
Creating A Profile For Viral Mailers
If you create a separate profile for your Viral Mailers, you will be able to sign-up to new mailers in a few clicks.
Simply click the LastPass icon on the toolbar and then select "Form Fills" and "Add Profile".
A pop-up window will appear, now simply enter the name of your new profile eg. "Profile - Viral Mailer". Now fill in all your details into the fields provided except for the "Social Security Number" one.
Next click on the "Contact Information" tab and enter your Viral Mailer email address, where your Safelist and Viral Mailer emails will get delivered to.
Now click the "Custom Fields" tab and under the "Text" fields add "paypal_email" and "Clickbank ID". Now simply type in your Paypal email address and Clickbank ID into the "Value" box next to the relevant field. Now simply click the "OK" button to save your profile.
Joining A New Viral Mailer With LastPass
When you want to join a new viral mailer, simply click the join link for the viral mailer and then click the LastPass icon in the top form field and select the "Profile - Viral Mailer" from the drop-down menu.
Now click the LastPass icon in the "Password" field.
This will then open a pop-up window with a new secure password. If you are happy simply click the "Use Password" button.
Now simply click the "Save Pas..." option on the next window.
A window will pop-up with the site details, and if you are happy just click the "Save Site" button.
Now simply click the "I Agree To The Terms" box and click the "Submit" button.
You will now probably get a prompt saying "LastPass detected a password change for user:", simply click the "x" to ignore.
Now when you login to the Viral Mailer for the first time, simply click the "*" in the form field.
A pop-up window will appear with the site details. Simply click the selection to automatically fill in the login details for the site and login.
When you go to login next time the fields will be automatically filled for you by LastPass.
Adding A Banner Profile To LastPass
If you want to quickly post banners to sites with a few clicks then you need to create a profile in LastPass for each banner.
Simply click the LastPass icon on the toolbar and then select "Form Fills" and "Add Profile".
A pop-up window will appear, now simply enter the name of your new profile eg. "Banner - Banner Name". Click the "Custom Fields" tab, and in the "Text" fields enter "Name", "Banner" and "Target" as shown below. In the "Value" fields enter you corresponding banner details. Also add the "Image" value to the "Alternate Text" field in the second box (as shown). Once you have entered all your information, simply click the "OK" button to save your banner profile.
To add more banners to LastPass, you can now simply click the LastPass icon and select "Form Fills", then select a banner profile from the list and select "Copy".
Now simply enter a new profile name eg "Banner - New Banner", then click the "Custom Fields" tab and enter your new banner details in the relevant "Value" boxes. Now simply click "OK" to save your new banner profile.
Adding A Banner To A Viral Mailer
From your Viral Mailer click the "Banners" menu option and you will have a blank form, as below.
To get LastPass to add your banner information, you now simply click the LastPass icon and select "Form Fills", then select a banner profile from the list and select "Fill Form".
LastPass will now automatically fill in the information in the form fields and you simply click the "Add" button to save your banner.
Now you can add credits or impressions to start displaying your banner.
Adding An Email Ad Profile To LastPass
If you want to quickly post email ads to sites with a few clicks then you need to create a profile in LastPass for each email ad you want to use.
Simply click the LastPass icon on the toolbar and then select "Form Fills" and "Add Profile".
A pop-up window will appear, now simply enter the name of your new profile eg. "Ad - Email Ad Name". Click the "Custom Fields" tab, and in the "Text" fields enter "text", "subject" and "url" as shown below. In the "Value" fields enter you corresponding email ad details. Also add the "body" and "message" value to the "Alternate Text" field in the first box and "target" to the third box (as shown). Once you have entered all your information, simply click the "OK" button to save your email ad profile.
To add more email ads you can copy an email ad profile, just use the same procedure as for banners above. Then simply enter the new name for the profile and change the ad details in the "Value" boxes.
Adding An Email Ad To A Viral Mailer
From your Viral Mailer click the "Send Mailing" menu option and you will have a blank form, as below.
To get LastPass to add your email information, you now simply click the LastPass icon and select "Form Fills", then select an email profile from the list and select "Fill Form".
LastPass will now automatically fill in the information in the form fields and you simply enter the "Credits" to use and tick the "Save As New Template" for resending in the future, and now click the "Send" button.
Note: This will not fill in HTML style message boxes. A workaround will be posted here soon.
Adding A Text Ad Profile To LastPass
If you want to quickly post text ads to sites with a few clicks then you need to create a profile in LastPass for each text ad.
Simply click the LastPass icon on the toolbar and then select "Form Fills" and "Add Profile".
A pop-up window will appear, now simply enter the name of your new profile eg. "Text Ad - Text Ad Name". Click the "Custom Fields" tab, and in the "Text" fields enter "Text", and "Target" as shown below. In the "Value" fields enter you corresponding text ad details. Once you have entered all your information, simply click the "OK" button to save your text ad profile.
To add more text ads you can copy a text ad profile, just use the same procedure as for banners above. Then simply enter the new name for the profile and change the ad details in the "Value" boxes.

LastPass will now automatically fill in the information in the form fields and you simply click the "Add" button to save your text ad.
Now you can add credits or impressions to start displaying your txt ads.
